The design allows the light to rotate even though the bracket is screwed to a surface. The movement detector rotates on the same axis as the 9x High efficiency white LEDs. (The LEDs sit behind a diffuser for even light. The unit is powered by 3 x AA batteries (not supplied). Sensor on time 60 seconds approx.
